Turkish Folk Music Festival in TSCC (Türkan Saylan Cultural Center)

Metin and Kemal Kahraman Brothers gave an unforgettable concert at Prof. Dr. Türkan Saylan Cultural Center.

Music lovers showed great interest in the concert of Kahraman Brothers who involved in numerous albums, films, and documentary projects throughout their 25 years of artistic lives. Metin and Kemal Kahraman, who took the stage with their baglama in the concerts as a part of April art events of Maltepe Municipality, were accompanied by Umut Kahraman in viola and Ahmet Tirgil in violin. In the concert, they sung their works from their albums which were "Deniz Koydum Adını (I called him/her Sea)", "RenklerdeYaşaman (Living in Colors)", "Yaşlılar Dersim Türküleri Söylüyor (Old People are Singing Dersim Folk Songs)", "Ferfecir (Cunning) ", "Sürela", "Meyman", " Oğul (Son)", “Çeverê Hazaru “, “Saé Moru / Şahmaran” and received a standing ovation by the audiences.
